Newcastle to York Deafault route

Hi im in need off help i seem to have track at the points just after you leave darlington station at the signal box ive tried asking steam but they say its a third party problem i was wondering if anyone could help me and tell me how to get this track back as it is spoiling my enjoyment off railworks and i am looking forward to the new east coast add ons i would be grateful for any help.Colin

yes it happened before the update was out ive tried re downloading railworks but it still happens its like the crossover is missing from my route but i dont know how i can replace it thanks for replying so quickly
