click on the profile button at the top. Once that is open there should be tabs one says information there is a tab saying signature and a tab saying avatar. Click on one of them to edit you avatar or signature.

To what im aware all the seetitings are correcect and have been double checked and saved. The next time i as admin will be on thursday to get to check and modifi the seetings and im currentle awaiting a email form Phpbb to confirm the seetings with a responce time of 3 days.
