Re: Hello everyone
Welcome to the forum Mart.
I think it's a place for everyone from RailWorksDepot to hang out. Like a replacement if you will.
It's a shame the place closed, I was a designer. Now I'm a mod
.
This is a nice little forum.

Re: Hello everyone
Well you certainly will have your work cut out when my route is finished. You will be able to create some great scenarios for WCML.
We will need to chat and find out what you need me to make sure what is added/not added to aid your work

I must say Paul, i am looking forward to your route matey as long as it is free of glitchyness like W&B 3 I don't think i need anything except plenty of markers of course, that was a big problem with the initial routes in RS, things are better now with the set your own markers thingy but i must admit to having problems with testers reporting that they went missing?

It is a shame in a way because there were some smashing skins on there, i used quite a few for scenarios, but will have to "not" use em in scenarios for distribution.

Ah s**t there are no markers on my route only Area Markers?
There were no markers in the original from jetgriff, would I also need to add portals, or is that something scenario makers would do?
How about track speed and direction is that an issue or changed on a scenario basis?

Re: Hello everyone
Well erm yes that is the job of the route builder to add station, destination, siding markers, surely you must have put them in
It would be good if you can place portals they are important matey, certainly help us scenario makers out, and besides if you don't and i do then it wouldn't work on anybody elses version!

Re: Hello everyone
Ok think I got the wrong end of the stick here.
There are station markers, sidings, I will certainly add portals to the branch lines.
Not so sure about destination markers my need some advice on adding them and where
